Widgets overview
Embed Feedback1 on your site or in your app so customers can submit, vote, read the roadmap, see the changelog, or notice what shipped.
What you can do
- Install the feedback widget so asks land in the same inbox as the portal
- Embed the roadmap widget with live voting
- Embed the changelog widget so visitors see what shipped
- Embed a form with the form script
- Embed an in-app banner after you announce a release
How to
- Open the product in app.feedback1.ai and confirm the product ID in the URL.
- For the feedback, roadmap, and changelog widgets, go to Product settings → Widgets.
- Create or open the widget you need, then copy the embed snippet the page provides.
- For a form, go to Forms in the Collect section and copy that form's embed snippet.
- For a banner, go to Notify → Banners and copy the banner embed snippet.
- Place the snippet on the page where customers already work, then submit a test and confirm it in the app.
Limits
- Widgets are per product. Switch products before you copy a snippet.
- The portal is the full public experience. A widget is a slice you drop onto an existing page.
- Install only widgets you can open and copy from the app today.
