Integrations overview

Connect Feedback1 to the tools you already use. Only connect what Settings shows as live.

What you can do

  • Connect live project trackers: Jira, Azure DevOps, YouTrack
  • Connect live chat: Slack, Google Chat, Telegram
  • Connect Intercom to import tagged conversations and use the Inbox app
  • Connect Zoho CRM for accounts, contacts, deals, and notes
  • Use MCP, the Public API, and webhooks for custom connections
  • Capture email asks through the product mailbox

How to

  1. Open app.feedback1.ai.
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations (/settings/integrations) for workspace connectors.
  3. Connect only cards that offer Connect or Configure today.
  4. For MCP and API keys, use Settings → MCP and Settings → API Keys.
  5. For the product mailbox, use Product settings → Email (/ABC123/settings/email-inboxes).

Limits

  • Tenant Integrations are workspace-wide. Email inboxes and widgets are per product.
  • GitHub, GitLab, Linear, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Zapier, and Make are Coming soon. Use the public roadmap instead of a how-to.
