Ask AI inside Feedback1, and use MCP so Claude or Cursor can work against the same workspace.

What you can do

  • Use Ask AI in the app header to question feedback and the roadmap
  • Let AI cluster themes when that tool is available on your plan
  • Connect Claude or Cursor through MCP for search and (with write access) create
  • Keep humans in control of publish, state changes, and customer-facing copy

How to

  1. In the app, use Ask AI in the header when you want an answer from the current workspace.
  2. Ask something concrete, such as what enterprise customers requested in billing.
  3. For an assistant in Cursor or Claude, connect MCP from Settings → MCP. See Connect Claude or Cursor.
  4. Start with read-only access. Switch to read and write only if the assistant must create a feature or changelog entry.
  5. Open the app and confirm anything the assistant created.
  6. Use draft assist for changelog or PRD copy only when that action is offered in the product, then edit before you publish.

Limits

  • Ask AI is in the header, not in Settings.
  • MCP will not cover every Public API route. Live write tools today are create feature and create changelog entry.
  • AI plan limits follow your billing plan. Check Billing if a prompt is blocked.
  • AI does not publish the portal or change feature state unless you do that in the app.
