Roadmap
Publish a customer-facing board for planned, in-progress, and shipped work.
What you can do
- Name the public board and write a short intro
- Control columns and which feature states customers see
- Let customers vote on public features
- Embed the same public roadmap as a widget
How to
- Open Roadmap in the product sidebar.
- Open Roadmap settings (
/ABC123/roadmap/settings). - Set the public title and intro. Do not leave a placeholder name on a customer-facing board.
- Review columns and which feature states map to them.
- Mark features public only when you are ready for customers to see them.
- Open the public portal and the roadmap widget to confirm before you share the link.
Limits
- Internal-only features stay off the public board.
- Password protection, languages, and portal auth live in nearby product settings. Configure those before a wide launch.
- The widget is a slice. The portal is the full board.
