Connect Telegram
Receive Feedback1 notifications and interact with your workspace from Telegram.
What you can do
- Connect Telegram from Settings → Integrations
- Receive alerts about feedback and product movement
- Use Telegram as an internal channel after the bot is linked
- Disconnect the integration when you no longer want messages
How to
- Open app.feedback1.ai and go to Settings → Integrations.
- Open the Telegram card and complete the connect flow the page shows. Telegram will ask you to confirm the bot.
- Tie the connection to the product that should send alerts.
- Create or update a feedback item in the app and confirm a Telegram message arrives.
- Open the matching record in Feedback1 from the notification when you need to triage.
- Disconnect from the same Integrations page to stop messages.
Limits
- Telegram is an internal notification channel, not a customer submit form.
- Only connect Telegram if the card is live. Microsoft Teams is still Coming soon.
- Keep product-scoped routing in mind if you have more than one product.
