What you can do
- Create a form with the fields you need
- Make the form public and active so visitors can submit
- Embed it with the form snippet (
f1-form.js) - Review responses in the Feedback inbox
How to
- Open Forms in the Collect section (
/ABC123/forms). - Create a form and set the fields you need.
- Keep the form public and active before you share it.
- Copy the embed snippet and place it on a site or in-app page. See Embed a form.
- Submit a test response, then open Feedback and confirm it arrived.
- Triage the item and wire it to a feature when you know the work.
Limits
- This is product feedback, not a general survey suite.
- Forms are per product.
- Only public, active forms render for visitors.
