Notifications
Choose how your team and your customers hear about new feedback, assignments, and shipped work.
What you can do
- Set workspace notification preferences under Settings
- Send changelog and requester notify when a feature is released
- Route internal alerts to Slack, Google Chat, or Telegram when those connectors are live
- Use the in-app banner for people who are already in your product
How to
- Open Settings → Notifications in app.feedback1.ai for workspace email and in-app alerts.
- Invite teammates from Settings → Team so assignment and invite mail has somewhere to go.
- When you publish a changelog entry, use the notify options for subscribers and requesters.
- Connect Slack, Google Chat, or Telegram from Settings → Integrations if the team lives in chat.
- Add an in-app banner when the announcement should appear inside your product.
- Confirm a test alert after you change routing so the wrong channel does not stay silent.
Limits
- Customer notify depends on linked feedback and a published changelog or released feature.
- Chat connectors notify your team. They are not the customer submit form.
- Microsoft Teams is Coming soon. Use Slack, Google Chat, or Telegram today.
