Connect YouTrack
Link Feedback1 features to parent issues in YouTrack Cloud or a self-hosted instance.
What you can do
- Connect YouTrack Cloud or a self-hosted base URL with a permanent token
- Map a product to a YouTrack project and set a default issue type
- Search and attach parent issues, or create a parent issue from a feature
- Poll YouTrack for delivery status, or refresh the mapping on demand
How to
- Open app.feedback1.ai and go to Settings → Integrations.
- Open the YouTrack card. Enter your YouTrack base URL with no trailing slash, and a permanent token from YouTrack Account Security.
- Map the product to a YouTrack project. Set a default issue type if the form offers one.
- On a feature, attach a parent issue from YouTrack, or create one when you need a new parent.
- Turn on polling if you want status to stay fresh, or use manual refresh from the integration settings.
- Confirm Feature state in Feedback1 still matches what you want customers to see. YouTrack status lives on the mapping.
Limits
- Child work stays in YouTrack. Feedback1 links parent issues, it does not manage subtasks.
- YouTrack status does not overwrite Feature.state. Roadmap and launch stay under product control.
- Self-hosted YouTrack needs a reachable base URL and a permanent token.
