Embed a form

Embed a Feedback1 form (f1-form.js) so structured submissions land in the product inbox.

What you can do

• Build a product feedback form in Forms
• Copy the form embed snippet, including the f1-form.js script
• Place the form on a site, docs page, or in-app screen
• Review answers in Feedback, and turn them into features after triage

How to

1. Open the product in app.feedback1.ai.
2. Go to Forms in the Collect section (/ABC123/forms).
3. Create a form and add the fields you need. Keep the form public and active before you embed it.
4. Copy the embed snippet from the form. It loads f1-form.js and points at this form.
5. Paste the snippet on the page, submit a test response, then open Feedback and confirm it arrived.
6. Adjust fields in Forms and reload the host page when you change the form.

Limits

• This is product feedback, not a general survey suite.
• Only public, active forms render for visitors.
• Forms are per product. Switch products before you embed.
