Banner widget

Embed the in-app banner (f1-banner) so people who are already in your product can see what shipped.

What you can do

• Create a banner for a shipped feature
• Copy the f1-banner snippet from Notify → Banners (served from cdn.feedback1.ai/js/)
• Show the announcement inside your app
• Pair the banner with a changelog post and requester notify

How to

1. Ship the feature and publish the matching changelog entry.
2. Go to Notify → Banners (/ABC123/notify/banners).
3. Create a banner. Tie it to the released feature when the page offers that link.
4. Copy the embed snippet (f1-banner).
5. Add the snippet to your app where announcements should appear.
6. Load the app and confirm the banner shows, then dismiss it once as a visitor would.

Limits

• The banner announces what shipped. It is not a product tour, notification inbox, or lifecycle campaign tool.
• Do not assume the banner auto-targets requesters. Confirm targeting and locales in the banner settings before you promise a rule.
• Email reaches people who are not in the product. The banner reaches people who are. Many teams use both.
