Products

Each product has its own inbox, roadmap, changelog, forms, and portal. Switch before you publish.

What you can do

  • Create a product inside the workspace
  • Switch products without mixing roadmaps
  • Give each product its own mailbox, widgets, and portal
  • Scope MCP OAuth to the product you pick at consent time

How to

  1. Open app.feedback1.ai and confirm you are in the right workspace.
  2. Use the product switcher, or open Settings → Products, to see what already exists.
  3. Choose Create product, name it clearly, and save. Note the new product ID (for example ABC123).
  4. Switch to the new product before you create feedback, features, or embeds.
  5. Connect integrations, copy widget snippets, and enable the portal again on this product when you need them.
  6. Check the product ID in the URL before you save settings or share a public link.

Limits

  • Integrations you configure on one product do not automatically cover the next product.
  • MCP OAuth connections are scoped to the product you pick on the consent screen.
  • Workspace team and API keys are shared. Inbox, roadmap, and portal content are not.
