Feedback widget

Put a Feedback1 feedback widget on your site or in your app so submissions land in the product inbox.

What you can do

• Create a feedback widget for the current product
• Copy the hosted embed script and add it to a page
• Collect identity when you want a named requester
• Review submissions next to portal and email items

How to

1. Open the product in app.feedback1.ai.
2. Go to Product settings → Widgets.
3. Create or open a feedback widget and copy the embed snippet.
4. Paste the snippet on the page where customers already work.
5. Submit a test message from that page.
6. Open Feedback in the sidebar and confirm the item arrived.

Limits

• The widget is product-scoped. A snippet from ABC123 will not write into another product.
• This is product feedback collection, not a general survey or NPS tool.
• The public portal remains the place for the full submit-and-vote experience.
