Portal
The public portal is the customer-facing site for roadmap, changelog, help, and submit.
What you can do
- Turn the public portal on for a product
- Share a link customers can open without the app
- Brand the portal and, when you need it, use a custom domain or password
- Keep Help, roadmap, and changelog on the same host
How to
- Open the product in app.feedback1.ai.
- Go to Product settings → Portal (or Portal from the product sidebar).
- Turn the public portal On.
- Set a clear board title and intro. Avoid placeholder names.
- Review branding, languages, and auth in the nearby product settings before a wide launch.
- Open the public URL (for example roadmap.feedback1.ai) and confirm roadmap, changelog, and Help tabs look right.
Limits
- The portal only shows features and content you mark as public.
- Widgets embed a slice on another page. The portal is the full public site.
- Custom domains and password protection live in portal or adjacent settings. Configure them before you share widely.
