Connect Google Chat
Mention the Feedback1 bot in Google Chat to log feedback, and receive daily digests in the spaces you choose.
What you can do
- Connect Google Chat with Google authorization
- Add the Feedback1 bot to spaces or DMs
- Create a feedback item by mentioning the bot
- Receive a scheduled digest of new feedback and movement
How to
- Open app.feedback1.ai and go to Settings → Integrations.
- Open the Google Chat card and complete Google authorization.
- Add the Feedback1 bot to the spaces where you want capture or digests.
- Mention the bot in a message with the details you want logged. Confirm the item appears under Feedback.
- Configure digest delivery on the integration settings page if you want a scheduled summary.
- Disconnect from Settings if the Google account should no longer have access.
Limits
- Digests are a summary channel. The full inbox, themes, and roadmap stay in Feedback1.
- Google Chat is for teams on Google Workspace. It does not replace the customer widget or portal.
- Space-level settings live on the integration page, not in product Email settings.
