Connect Jira
Link Feedback1 features to Jira issues so delivery stays in Jira and the customer story stays in Feedback1.
What you can do
- Connect a Jira site with OAuth from Settings
- Map a Feedback1 product to a Jira project
- Link features to Jira issues
- Keep Jira status visible on the link without replacing your roadmap state
How to
- Open app.feedback1.ai and go to Settings → Integrations.
- Open the Jira card and start the connect flow. Sign in to Jira when the browser asks.
- Map this product to the Jira project your team uses for delivery.
- Open a feature and attach the matching Jira issue (search existing work, or create the issue from the feature if that action is available on your connection).
- After work moves in Jira, refresh the integration or wait for status sync so the mapping stays current.
- Disconnect from the same Integrations page when you no longer need the link.
Limits
- Jira tracks engineering work. Feature state on the Feedback1 roadmap stays under product control.
- Mapping is per product. Switch products before you attach issues.
- Only connect Jira if the card shows Connect or Configure. Coming soon trackers are not substitutes.
