Connect Azure DevOps
Link Feedback1 features to Azure DevOps work items with Microsoft Entra sign-in.
What you can do
- Connect your Azure DevOps organization with Sign in with Microsoft
- Map a product to an Azure DevOps project
- Create or link work items from features
- Receive work-item updates through Azure DevOps service hooks
How to
- Open app.feedback1.ai and go to Settings → Integrations.
- Open the Azure DevOps card and use Sign in with Microsoft.
- Pick the organization you want Feedback1 to use, then map the product to a project.
- From a feature, search for an existing work item or create one so delivery has a home in Azure DevOps.
- Complete any service-hook or status-sync prompts the Integrations page shows so work-item updates can flow back to the mapping.
- Disconnect from the same page if the organization should no longer have access.
Limits
- The in-app connect path is Microsoft Entra OAuth. Tokens refresh automatically after you sign in.
- The feature remains the customer-facing record. Azure DevOps holds execution.
- Organization access follows the Microsoft account you authorize.
